- Welcome to my blog! I am a former doctor of medicine and psychiatry. Since 1985, beginning with a time of training with Youth with a Mission, I have been in full-time Christian work, ministering extensively in cross cultural situations. Since 1994, I pioneered a reconciliation ministry in Rwanda, working initially with African Enterprise. I also ran reconciliation workshops in South Africa since 1996, and more recently in war-torn D.R. Congo. There are national inter-ethnic teams now working in all these countries. Although living in Wales, my ministry is based at Le Rucher, Geneva. Take a look at our website on www.lerucher.org! Le Rucher Ministries are now registered in Rwanda and teams are going out from Rwanda to take the message of healing and reconciliation to other nations. Before starting the work in Rwanda I spent many years teaching on courses for Christian workers and counselling people with deep emotional wounds.
